Objectives of the project
• To examine the concept of sustainable development and the new approach for energy production and consumption.

• To examine the concept of renewable energy and democracy of energy production.

• To develop the necessary interest for renewable energy in teachers, trainers, pupils and politicians.

• To share different experiences about renewable energy also using internet (e-learning – blended learning) and scientific laboratory.

• Development of guidance and advice on VET with some material about renewable energy.

• To develop better conditions for the transition from school to working life for students who will become technicians in renewable energy.

• Reinforce or create closer links of VET with territory and technicians.

• Responding to the needs of the labour market, anticipation of skills needed in labour market in renewable energy plants.

• Improve the qualification of teachers and trainers regarding renewable energy.

Expected results
• A web site www.resproject.eu related to the subject, and a brochure for dissemination purposes;
• A Report about renewable energy and the world of work in different countries.
• A Report about different kinds of plants using renewable energy.
• A Report about different technical solutions in different participating countries.
• A report on the perception and involvement of individuals in their energy choices.
